Book Your Spay/Neuter Appointment Online
PLEASE READ THIS PAGE IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT . Appointments to have pet cats spayed/neutered at our Topsham or Waterville clinic should be booked online using our online scheduling system. Our Waterville clinic is only open on select Thursdays, and Topsham is open select Wednesdays.
You will get a confirmation email from us when your appointment is approved. Please read through it carefully so that you know what to expect.
You'll also receive a separate email with the electronic surgical consent form, which should be filled out in advance to save you time at check in. Consent forms must be signed by the pet owner.
You will need to select one of two packages when scheduling: 1. Vaccines needed (your cat will get a rabies & distemper vaccine with this) or 2. No vaccines needed (this lets us know your cat is already up to date on both vaccines) If you do not sign up for vaccines, you’re pet is unable to come back and get them at a later date without paying an exam fee for our time.
If you’d like to add any of our other services, such as a nail trim or a microchip, please leave a note in the notes section when scheduling, or email us and let us know prior to the appointment, and we will add it, and send you an electronic invoice if a balance is due.
You will be required to put down a $135 per cat deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit is required. It is not an extra charge - it pays for the spay or neuter in full. Please note that the price for a male cat neuter is only $115, so the extra $20 will be refunded to you in full on the day of the appointment. An e-collar is already included in the price for females.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
$20 per cat will be kept as a non-refundable cancellation fee if you do not show up for your appointment, unless we are notified at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel. You will need to notify us by calling and leaving a voicemail at 721-8395, or emailing us at csncmaineinfo@gmail.com.
Online appointment requests received after business hours will not been seen until our next working day. Your appointment is not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation email from us, along with a separate email with a surgical e-consent form to be filled out and signed electronically. Do not opt to skip the confirmation e-mail, otherwise you will not receive required information.
Online scheduling is only for privately owned animals. If you are a shelter or rescue group, or if you are fostering for a rescue which is being billed for the cost of surgery, please call our office staff to set up your appointment.
Through our Kitten Exchange, we will fix mom for free when you surrender a litter of fully weaned (8-10 week old) kittens to us. Mom will be returned to you, and the kittens will be fixed and fully vetted, then adopted out to loving homes through our Second Chance Kitties program. Please email us if interested.
